Procedure.

As the owner of personal data, you may exercise the ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition) for the processing of your personal data and/or Revoke your Consent, sending your request directly to our Regulatory Compliance Officer through the account Email: privacidad@sinergiafarma.com.mx.

Said request must contain at least: (a) name and address or other means to communicate the response to your request; (b) the documents that prove your identity or, where appropriate, legal representation; (c) the clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which you are requesting to exercise any of the ARCO Rights and/or Revoke your Consent, (d) any other element that facilitates the location of the personal data and (e) sign the request at the end of the letter.

Once your request has been submitted in the pre-established format, the Regulatory Compliance Officer will notify the response to it within a maximum period of 20 business days, counted from the date on which said request was received. In case of requiring more information and/or necessary documentation, the Regulatory Compliance Officer will contact you within a period of 5 business days, counted from the date of receipt of your request; so you will have 10 business days after said communication, to meet this requirement. Otherwise, your application will be considered as not submitted.

Within the next 15 business days after the previous response, in the event that your right is approved, it will be processed.

If your request is about exercising the right of Access, your personal data will be made available to you through simple copies and/or electronic documents.

The exercise of the ARCO Rights and/or Revoke your Consent will be free, as well as the reproduction in simple copy or sending by email.

How can you revoke your consent for the use of your personal data?
