What is PHARMACOVIGILANCE?
It is all those activities related to the detection, evaluation, understanding and prevention of adverse events, suspected adverse reactions, adverse reactions, events suspected to be attributable to vaccination or immunization, or any other safety issues related to the use of drugs and vaccines.
What about a suspected adverse drug reaction or SRAM?
It is any unwanted response or manifestation that occurs after the administration of one or more medications.
